At signup we collect your name, work email, company name, and a hashed password. During use we store the employee records you enter: names, job roles, departments, training records, certification dates, and compliance scores.
Your data is used solely to provide the SkillVault service: compliance dashboards, expiry alerts, report generation, and user authentication. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is preserved in read-only format for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@skillvault.io and we will respond within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each organisation's data is isolated in a completely separate workspace with no cross-tenant access.
