By creating a SkillVault workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SkillVault is a SaaS compliance tracking platform for managing employee skills, certifications, and training records. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
After the 14-day free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly: Starter ($29/mo, up to 25 employees), Growth ($79/mo, up to 100 employees), Business ($149/mo, unlimited employees). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
You agree not to use SkillVault to store unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of another organisation's data, or reverse-engineer the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillVault Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
